No. Private online lessons at Berlitz Hong Kong have no fixed timetable. You arrange each session directly with Berlitz team based on your availability, with lesson slots available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Our administration team will contact you via email/WhatsApp shortly after purchase to arrange onboarding and scheduling.
After you enroll, our Admin Team will contact you and help you arrange your lesson schedule. If you need to book, reschedule, or cancel a lesson, please contact us at pa@berlitzhk.com or via WhatsApp at +852 9229 8274. To change or cancel a scheduled lesson without forfeiting it, your request must be submitted before 3:00 PM, at least 1 working day before the lesson time (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays), and the change is only valid once you receive confirmation from our Admin Team. If your request is received after the deadline, or if no notice is given, the lesson will be treated as forfeited and charged as attended. If you need to cancel or reschedule at the last minute due to illness, we can reschedule the lesson free of charge upon receipt of a valid medical certificate; without a medical certificate, the lesson will be treated as forfeited.
