Terms & Conditions for Group Classes
- Class schedules will be confirmed upon enrollment. Once the course has started, rescheduling of lessons is not permitted for any reason. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Missed lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Full payment for the course must be made prior to the start of the first lesson. Payment confirms your enrollment and secures your spot in the group.
- Refunds will not be provided once the course has started. For cancellations made at least 7 days before the course begins, a 50% partial refund may be issued, subject to administrative fees.
- In the unlikely event that Berlitz cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup class will be arranged, or a credit will be issued for future use.
- Berlitz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.

Yes, please contact us here to book a trial lesson. It is a 40-minute private session which can be done online or in person.
- Choose Your Lesson Package and Mode: Select the number of lessons you want and decide whether you prefer online or in-person sessions.
- Make the Payment: Complete your payment at checkout. Please note that the registration fee of $400 and materials fee are not included in this session. These will be collected once the learning materials are determined during your first lesson.
- Schedule Your Lessons: Our admin team will reach out to you to arrange your lessons according to your preferences and provide you with the necessary learning materials. Please ensure that you provide your contact information correctly so we can reach you without any issues.

The duration of our language courses varies depending on the program and your individual learning goals. Our courses are designed to be flexible, allowing you to progress at your own pace and achieve fluency within a timeframe that works for you.

We don't have a fixed schedule for private courses. Learners can arrange their lesson schedule according to their needs based on the availability provided by the instructors.
Each lesson lasts 45 minutes with a 5-minute break. However, learners can choose how many lessons to take at a time, such as 2 lessons (90 minutes) per session, or even more, subject to the availability of instructors. Flexible scheduling only applies to private courses.
